How to apply for the MILAN CLOWN FESTIVAL

1.     Download, fill in and sign the application form: doc or pdf

2.     Prepare a technical description of the show, reporting:

§         Space needed

§         Electrical feed required

§         Scenic materials used

§         Estimated time to assemble / dismantle the scene

§         Sound instrumentation

§         Need for pitch black scene

3.     Provide 1 DVD zone II or 1 pal VHS with the applied show only

4.     Provide 3 photo snapshots of the show and 1 of the Artist or Company, which will be published on the Festival program and website (in digital .tiff or .jpg format at 300 dpi resolution.

The above must be sent by post or e-mail by Jan. 21^st, 2008  to:

APPLICATION FORM MUST BE FILLED IN IN ALL ITS PARTS AND PROVIDED ALONGSIDE OTHER MATERIALS IN ANY FORM THESE ARE SUBMITTED

Submitted material will not be given back. By sending the application form the artist or company implicitly accepts the Terms of Participation. Failure to comply with submission requirements prevents participation. Any modification to the submitted material must be notified by January 30^th, 2008. Festival organization is granted permission by appliants to use submitted material for promotional purposes only.

Privacy: submitted personal information will be used according to existing laws and regulations, in accordance with the DDL 196/03 ‘Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali’
